| Short Term Study
Programs
Chinese is the third most widely spoken language in the world and
has a rich tradition in the development of its characters and the
language itself. Hebei University offers four different short-term
programs and special summer
vacation programs. Each of the programs focuses on developing
students ability to speak and listen to the Chinese language at
varying levels while also having the opportunity to visit ancient
sites and explore other specialized programs. For all the short-term
programs, students may submit the application
at any time during the year. Upon successful completion of the
program or study, students will receive a universtiy certificate.

will learn Chinese calligraphy, Wu Shu (martial arts), and
spend about 10 days visiting the Qing Dynasty Tombs, the Han

Longxing Temple in Zhengding, Tienamain Square, the Summer
Palace and the Great Wall in Beijing. |
